The mission of Details by Dena (DBD) is to produce an event that allows a client and their family to be guests at their own simcha. DBD offers the ability for clients to be as involved as they wish during the planning stages. We are here for you to bring your event to fruition.

Food

​FOOD SERVICE

  • Coordinating with various vendors for food, products, and services to tailor all the details for you.
  • Coordinating with a range of local vendors including caterers and bakeries, as well as some in NY and NJ for food selection.
  • Repackaging all excess food in transportable containers and storing for later client pick up.
Decor

​DECOR CONSULTING

  • Providing contact information to local vendors for tablecloths, centerpieces and any other décor items. If more help is needed with choosing or coordinating these items, DBD can provide additional rentals and assistance for an extra fee.
Coordination

​EVENT COORDINATION

  • Recommending venues.
  • Coordinating pickup and drop off and amounts of each supply required.
  • Running the event so you can be there as a guest.
  • Cleaning the venue and returning it to the state that it was in prior to set up.
